INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 2 pack All-purpose cream (chilled for 6 hours or overnight)
- 1 sachet Clear or black jelly powder (unflavored)
- 1-2 tbsp Instant coffee granules
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
PROCEDURES
- In a deep pot, combine coffee, jelly powder, and sugar. Mix well.
- Boil the mixture. Pour the boiled mixture into a mold. Set aside until firm and for best result, chill it for 6 hours or overnight.
- Combine condensed milk and all-purpose cream in a large bowl using a mixer. Mix well and set aside
- Slice the chilled coffee jelly into cubes.
- Mix the sliced jelly into the milk mixture. Then freeze overnight.
- Serve and enjoy your Coffee Jelly Homemade Ice Cream.
